It's deeper than the deepest sea
and higher than the sky
It's wider than the galaxies
enough for one to die
It's more than our hearts can hold
to much for our human mind
It could fill this earth a thousand times
if He barely even tried
You could take every language
ever spoken by a tongue
And still have trouble trying to say
How much He has for one
The thing that I'm describing
is a LOVE beyond all love
Given freely to us
from our Father up above
No sin can take it from you
not one thing can separate
A love so pure, a love so strong
a love countless in all ways
It's for any who accept it
equally He gives
This gift that He created
for anyone who lives
He created man to fellowship
He created man to love
And gave us all that He had
Nothing we were worthy of
He left us with the Holy Spirit
a helper and a friend
To linger here and guide us
until He returns again
So the question that I ask you
as this poem I do end
Will you accept His gift of love
and share it with your friends
