Father, all week long you have pressed on my heart that we have to walk through the valley sometimes so the mountain tops can mean so much more to us. That the valley is where you grow us and teach us what it takes to go deeper with you. Help us God, to be a people who long to go deeper with you. Convict our hearts for not taking the relationship with you as serious as we should....for not considering the sacrifice that You made for us to be able to say the words "I'm a Christian"....and for not seeking daily the way You would like us to impact the world around us. Help us to show others what it means to truly trust you God, and step out where ever you call us to go. Your word says you will take care of the humble, righteous man who seeks Your will over their own. So Holy Spirit stir something up on the inside of us that won't stop until we are fully walking out the will of God in our lives.
Help us to be so consumed with looking like Jesus to a lost and dying world that we allow the Holy Spirit to filter every word that comes out of our mouth and every thought that enters our mind. Let us remember that if people can't see that the relationship we have with You God has fully changed us....then why would they want it?
May we find nothing but pure supernatural joy and supernatural peace in being at the place that you want us at....not matter what the circumstances around us look like. Remind us that we have the power, in the name of Jesus, to quiet every lie that the enemy is trying to whisper in our ear and take authority over every attack that he is planning in our life. That we have the power to tread on the enemy and remind him daily that he should fear us, because through Christ we will no longer fear him. We CAN do all things in the name of Jesus and no power in hell can stop us!
