Surrender

One of the hardest things for us to do is surrender...submit...wave the white flag. It is the place in life where God can do the most with us, but it is one of the hardest places for us to allow ourselves to get to. It is a very freeing feeling, but the exact opposite of what the world would like for you to believe. It is not about knowing all the answers for tomorrow, it is just about trusting that I don't have to. When I submit to God's will for my life I am saving myself from so many more mistakes, heartaches and unwanted problems. I am putting myself at a place where He can actually use me the way I was designed to be used...by Him. It doesn't mean life will be problem free now, but it does mean that I can pray and trust Him with each problem I encounter. I don't have to tackle them on my own anymore.
